Stupid bed question

Well, Im trying to run some cables into my bed, without ripping my bedliner out, can someone tell me or show me with pics where holes are to do this. looking to go right behind the cab.

take out the back seat, and look through the vent on the back of the cab to see where you will line up with the bed side
