To make you feel a little better, those problems are EASILY fixable and should take about one hour to fix (assuming you have regular LINE-X, not LINE-X Xtra).

That stinks, but it should come off easily. I had a liittle bit of overspray on my truck too, which sometimes, no matter how good a job you do of masking off, just happens. The dealer just scraped it right off with a little plastic scraper and his fingernail. I'm no Line-X man, but I believe if it isn't sprayed on a properly prepped surface, then any overspray should simply come right off. I'm guessing that's what happened since you said you got it taken care of though.

True it doesn't stick well unless porperly prepped. But when your talking about textured plastic you can't exactly get it out of every nook and cranny... Its frustrating that I spent my hour in their shop removing overspray from my truck after paying an ungodly amount for a spray in liner. Seems they charge a lil more round here then other places. They didnt even have anything in their shop to remove it with, I was scrubbing with a wet wash cloth and armor all wipes that I had.

Custom Car Care here in Regina is the Line-X dealer for this area. (306) 569-2273.

Yeah I may just have to go abck next week. I am just worried that it will look off where they tuck it up like the guy was telling me. or maybe he was just feeding me a line. I also never got a warranty card. He says it gets entered in a computer.

Give me the VIN and I'll see if he entered it in the database.

I talked to Rob. Bring it in and they will fix it. Their database (in Canada) is not the same as the U.S. database, but he did say that he entered your warranty info and I suggested that he mail a certificate to you.
