Long story. My current Truck is my 4th truck. All of which have been sprayed with either Rhino or Toff Liner. And I liked the Toff best of the two as I had it in 2 of the 4. With my current truck, I went to Quails Unlimited event where they had a "LineX" liner for acution. I won it. 250 bucks. After driving 2 hours to get my "LineX" sprayed in, when I arrived, I found out it wasn't LineX, but rather something called Extream Liner. I was going to leave and cut my losses when they told me they used the same chemicals and sprayers as LineX. So I said ok.
One year later. Here it is after only 20 min of minor pulling and tugging.
TruckGasim and I have been talking about this since the day I came home with the new Liner. My trucks goes in to get the real deal in 2 weeks. David, these are for you and others.
Notice how thick the sides and back wall are.

but by that argument - didn't you also have Rhino on 2 of the 4 trucks???
... not that it matters.
Looking at the pictures, it looks like they did a very poor job of prep work. The clear coat does not seem to be thoroughly scuffed and if you extrapolate that idea out then its very unlikely they wiped down the entire truck bed before spraying. Do you agree?
If I had mine professionally sprayed, I'd want to see the prep work before they sprayed the liner so I can make sure they did a thorough job.

I had Rhino in my first two trucks, then went to Toff on my third. I am in the 4th truck now, and I am going to Line-X.
RP I follow some of the threads that you post, and value your expertise (or so I'd call it lol). Sorry to hear of this - I know that Line-X will be the ONLY liner I ever get again - gl and can't wait to see you smile after you get it done right this time

Thanks Wrobo23, I hope you are talking about my detailing....
this was one of those times where I should have listened to my gut. I lost that deal.
I am having a little bit of fun taking the old one off. Its put down better in some places so it's fun. Just glad TruckGasim is going make my marks in the bed pretty again with proper prep before he sprays it. Also going to ask him for not 1 but 3 KR logos in the bed.
My personal fav. I found this green grinding wheel under the tail gate access panel. Note the griding marks....then nothing anywhere else. Guess that is the reason this POS came out....lazy bastards
If I was you, without a doubt I would be contacting the shop that installed that crap and demand a refund. You have well documented pictures proving that they did not finish the job as they should have. If they don't cooperate, threaten to go to the BBB and maybe worse.

Don't just let them stick it to you like that
Normally I would try this path. However, this liner was won at a charity auction, so the dealer really didn't have any skin in the game. The only recourse I really have is letting them know just how unsatisfied I am and how much $$ it is costing me to have it redone etc.
The funnest part. This dealer is located on a Chevy Lot and the guy who represented the liner at the auction was trying to get me to trade my F250 for a Chevy. What a joke.
