Just noticed my new Undercover has a small dip or indentation in the center. Is this normal? It's not really pronounced but I can see it and it's not flat like the rest of the cover. I sent and email to Undercover with pics attached. What do you guys think? How do I attach a pic here? Thanks.
Haven't called, sent an email today with pics. I'll call tomorrow. Thanks for replying. If this is considered normal, I guess it's ok. I just don't want it to progress.
Called Dave at Undercover. He said they've had very few units do this and sometimes a couple of days in the heat will correct the problem. If it's not gone by Wednesday, they're going to send another cover!! Can't believe how great these folks are to deal with. This is the same service I offer my customers and it is very refreshing. I'll be dealing with these folks again .
Smoke, I'm thrilled with the service and the product. If you're considering a bed cover you won't be disappointed-even if something goes wrong with the product! What more could we ask for?

They are totally sweet Smoke. Tool free removal, lockable, bed light, tough enough to stand on so you can wash your roof, light enough for one person to remove but much easier w/ two. How can you lose? One drawback: If you park on a sideways slope, a 12 pack of beer bottles WILL slide off
