Thumbs up Props to Undercover-Top notch service

Just wanted to share something nice. Received an Undercover for my birthday and while installing I broke one of the struts. I was sick over it. Called Undercover and spoke with David Lyons, told him the truth and he said they would send a new one. I got lucky on this one and wanted to share. Cover fits great by the way.

Yep, Mr. Lyons and crew are a top notch bunch in customer service.
Now if my bed light would just come in. . . .JK. Has nothing to do with them. I asked for "next stock order" to sidestep shipping fees from my distributor.

SL, what is next stock order? I'm not familiar with the term. Thanks.

I used to work at an auto parts store, and still do, but only a couple times a year.
One of our aftermarket suppliers: Keystone Automotive in Exeter, PA carries Undercover products. They do not however stock the bedlight. If I want them (Keystone) to order an item direct from a manufacturer, I would normally get hit with shipping and special order fees. If I have them put it on their next stock order with Undercover, it takes longer, but no fees are charged. As far as I know, this can only be accomplished if you have an active charge account with them.
