Tonneau Cover question

Hi there! I have a 1998 F150 shortbox...and have a problem. There is a small plastic piece that attaches to the tonneau cover to hold it down, but one day recently it flew off while I was driving because it was likely not snapped on correctly. I am having a hard time getting any information re: this particular part and have been told I have to buy the entire tonneau to get the small clip. Does anyone know if this is the case, or what the proper term is for that particular part?

Thanks so much!
