What color is thr bed rug and do you have to do any special installation?

The Bedrug is a dark gray and it is VERY easy to install. Just a bunch of velcro strips. Here is a link to the install directions. Bedrug Install

Yep, very easy install. Took me less than 45 minutes to install.
