Superliner is the same as Speedliner. Superliner was started by ex-Speedliner employees. Both products are "solvent based" or "one-part" polyurethanes. That is, the poly is supended in a solvent. A catalyst is added which polymerizes the solvent and leaves just the polyurethane. Other solvent based products include Herculiner, Durabak, and Duplicolor. Solvent based products are typically not as durable as two-part poly's. Two-part polys: A polyol resin is mixed with isocyanate (a hardener) which renders the polyurethane. Both LINE-X and Rhino are two-part polys.
Color retention is a crapshoot. I have pics of faded Speedliner. Yet, I know a Speedliner dealer on the internet that tells me that he uses pigment/paint that won't fade. So, buyer beware.
