Permatech SIB

I am considering getting either a Permatech Spray in Bedliner, or a Line-X. I am going to go with a purple one I think. Has anyone heard of Permatech, or had an experience with them they would like to share? The cost is going to be $350 for Black and an additional $90.00 for color. Thoughts?

I did a search after posting this, and have seen mostly positive responses. Does anyone know if they have a website? I did a google search, and didn't hit anything.

I had the inside, the entire underside, and also the firewall of the body tub of my Jeep sprayed with it (in yellow) 3 years ago and couldn't be happier. It's incredibly durable and cleans up exceptionally easily. And unlike so many other spray-in liners, there's been absolutely NO noticeable fade.

The fade resistance is what sold me on their product. Other manufacturers I talked to either said theirs would fade "a little", or that I'd have to get a UV inhibitor applied every couple of years for $75-$150 each time.

Pkagel, as much as I'd like to send you a photo, I don't own (or have easy access to) a digital camera. In fact I doubt that ithe spray-in would even stand out all that well in a photo since the PermaTech installer did an incredible job of matching the color of the liner to the body (Corvette yellow). When most people see it, they usually asume that I just painted over the spray-in bedliner when I painted the rest of the Jeep.

The one thing that made the entire spray-in job a little easier is that I had the entire body tub off the frame since I had a lot of rusted sheet metal panels to replace (it's a '52 Willys M-38). My main objective for the bedliner was to cover up some of the seams, but it's proving to be incredibly good looking and functional too. Since I brought them the entire tub with no other parts attached, they could easily flip it over to spray the underside.

The entire job ran me about $1,100 which seemed like a lot initially...but now has proven to be worth every cent!!
