My 2006 4.6L F150 with 214k is having the rough idle when cold, sometimes no cold start issue. Always starts warm, slightly rough idle. Is a dirty TB a likely culprit? What gaskets/materials will I need to get before doing the job? Does the 2006 have coolant hoses attached to the TB?

Where do I find a new elbow?

Hot coolant travels through the tree and taps into the heater core line behind the lower intake. This helps heat the plenum. The PCV line which plugs into the tree in line with the plenum and re-enters in back of the manifold also helps heat the plenum. It's the Cold Climate System used in the 97-98 model years. These systems may be in later models , I haven't seen one in a 99 yet.

I'm looking to get myself one of these elbows. The plastic insert is leaking vacuum causing my PO171 engine code. I need a new elbow and gasket kit for it. Any idea where to get it?
