Raptor Grill on F150

Has anyone seen the actual raptor style grill available for 2011 fx4? Not the one with the squares on the front the one that actually spells out ford.

They don't make it for anything other than the raptor to fit an oem application. I think fiberwerx makes a fiberglass one piece but it'll only look good on a long travel truck and the fitment isn't the best without a lot of work.

i wonder if you would be able to only buy the grill, or you have to get the lights hood, fenders etc

It says on that page you can buy the grill for 300 alone, I hadn't realized they had started selling it seperately. However, hopefully you don't need the rest of the one-piece conversion to make it line up correctly, otherwise theres no way your truck could pull it off unless your about 5 over each side.

If you are thinking about buying anything from McNeils, read this first -

https://www.f150online.com/forums/20...w-project.html

Basically they do really crappy work and their customer service is some of the worst i have ever heard of.

I had no problem with them when I ordered my bedsides? Yea it took like a month for me to get them but coming to VA that isn't too bad. As for the work, I mean they're for off road vehicles that get beat on and they come outta a mold. They're not gonna be perfect like an oem part like everyone thinks. It'll take some work if you wanna make them perfect.

OH MY GOD!!! that is...well enough to make me not want to touch them. Know of any other way to get a raptor grill that will fit the front of a 2011 fx4 screw?

I saw a thread on another site where a guy put a Raptor grill on an F250.. Im thinking the Raptor grill can be modified to fit with a non Raptor grill surround like the guy did on the F250. If I could get one at a reasonable price I would be the guinea pig.

Here is a photo of a Raptor grille and hood on regular F150.. As you can see the sides of the hood have a slight curvature to them and do not match the regular F150 fenders... Im sure a good body shop could blend that in

i cant say i'm really interested in replacing the hood. don't mind the stock one actually. That raptor grill just looks so much wider then the oem one on f150's
