Nope, not unless your prewired.
Check the mirror plug for wiring.

 

Correct sir my truck only has the 4 power mirror wires as you thought .So far nothing that is supposed to be in all 07 -08 wiring harnes has been in mine even with it being a fairly loaded FX4 no sub wiring, no extra mirror wires etc...Although mine has power seats ,leather, power mirrors,auto lights ,tow package it has no extra wires..
