Has anybody tried these ?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1997-...#ht_1600wt_939

I can't get them to work, they told me I didn't have to take the Coil spring off to insert them, but I have had no luck. thanks.

look under the "Suspension" section of this forum for Leveling Kits.

You will find all the information you need, plus a bunch of recommended products. Those threads will tell you exactly what to buy and show you before and after pictures.

Here is just 1 of the million threads on these kits.

I would not use those. They look cheap and seems to me if the spring flexed they could fly out. I'd go with autospring or any other spacer that bolts on top of the coil spring.

Its for a 97-03 not new style. I ran them on my truck you will be fine. You have the take the coil spring out to get them on. Also, don't put them on top of the coil spring because like others have said it will come out. You have to run them on the bottom of the coil spring. They sit snugly in the lower control arm bucket.
