Paint interior Plastic peices or not?

Should i paint the darker tan plastic peice on my expy console(cup holder peice) black to match the black radio, buttons, and misc controls in my truck or not?

Or should i paint the trim surrounding the radio to match the darker tan?

What do yal think would look better?

Personally I like the look of a painted interior..it's a little different and usually don't see too much of it...I say highlight it black

yes to your console question. do it black.

then you can do what i did and do the dash 2 tone like the lightnings had. ive got black on the driver side basically to the edge of the round piece over the steering wheel

Yes, do the Expt console top in black, and also the radio surround.

I'm in the process of doing accent trim painting in my 2001 Scab.

I picked up some cans of DuPont Body filler/primer (gray), some cans of gloss black Krylon fusion, and then some Duplicolor flat clear.

this is what I've gotten so far....

I will be painting my radio surround, my steering surround, and also my dome casing. This spring break, i will probably work on doing my doors and overhead console as well.

i got a question..
youve seen my expy console and the top peice that holds the cup holders..
can i change that peice out with one like this?..

see how mine has the one bucket and this has 2? will this trade out work or not?
i know mines the skinny version and these are on the wide top version but was wondering if the bottom peices would fit???
