HOLY CRAP. The hitch store wants $80.33 for one of those and thats 40% off. I got mine from tractor supply for $30. Mine is just a circle and the receiver cast as one piece. I liked it better than the regular D-ring shackle kind.

This is the first time I've even seen something like this. I mean, I've never seen one on the road. I'm not a fan but it doesn't look too big.
