2006 F150 HID Problem

I've been searching the internet for the past hour, but can't seem to find anyone that has the same problem as myself. I bought a full kit for my fog lights and my headlights. EFX Brand. I have everything hooked up and I double checked my work. The problem that I am having is that I don't have high beams, but other than that it works perfectly. When I switch to high beams, my fogs turn off (normal), but I didn't notice any difference in how bright the headlights were. I read about some people having there high beam indicator lit, but not fully lit. Mine is completely off on low beams and fully lit when switched to high beams. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.

Dusty

make sure that your bulb is right side up. the metal rod going down the side of the glass should be facing towards the ground when installed.

haha actually that is exactly what i had in my original post, but then i remembered some people installing the bulbs upside down and it made it where the bulbs did seem to have a high beam so i changed it to that.
