ive got an 04 f150 and im in the market for an hid kit...would this work?

Are you wanting HID headlights or HID fog lights?

The lights you posted (9145) are, I believe, for the fog lights on an '04. Headlights are H13.

But honestly, I would stay away from any kit under $50-$60. Unless you can get cold hard facts of the product they sell, either buy contacting past buyers, or clearly expressing your concerns to the buyer directly.
