Those Lariat wheels painted look good! Much better than painted FX4s or XLTs, those wheels aren't meant to be painted. Look awful when done, and the XLT wheels are overall hideous.

Before I bought rims I would change some other things on my truck if I was you. Sounds like you want to make it look better so I would start with my grill and work my way towards my side mirrors (probably would paint them white also). I would get rid of that hood deflector and maybe purchase some harley headlights to help with your black and white theme. I would also get rid of that chrome gas cap and handles. Please don't take this the wrong way b/c these are just my opinions. I just think those simple things will really make the truck stand out.
