ive had them for six months and the other day i was driving down the freeway and my headlights both went out. dont know what happened and have to send them back to get them checked out.

if u want just the h13 most likely u will get just the low cause thats what i ordered today but if u want hi and low then get the h13 hi/los, yes, and no problem

did you get a relay with them, i think you have to order that separatly on ddm's site, but without one your lights will probably flicker or turn on and off at first.

I only foudn out about that couple a days ago and ordered from Ebay adn it came today crazy ass fast shipping from the seller...
