01 Lightning VS. 07 Expedition - 97 f150 front end conversion

hey guys i have a 97 supercab and i'm seriously torn onto which front end i want to swap with.. i picked 2 choices and i need to know which one looks better... here's the choices:

07 expy front clip

and 2nd, 01 ford lightning front clip

lastly.... i NEED all the info i can get one the expy conversion!! what do i need to complete this (skipping the obvious hood, fenders, lights, fog lights, grill, bumper, chin spoiler) so what else do i need?? and what would i need to do to make everything line up and fit tight and snug?

either way you'd need the header panel (just behind the headlights) and if you went the expy route you'd need inner fenders, and core support, and then still would need custom body work on the fenders to get the body lines to flow together

he wont need the header panel for a 97 to 99+ lightning front end..

the lightning swap would be cheaper by far.. the most expensive thing would be getting the factory urethane cover from ford.. or u could go the cheaper route and get the fiberglass vover from ebay.. if u chose the l route.. all u'll need is the grille surround bumper support bumper brackets bumper cover and then fog lights and the grilles.. 07 expy is much more involved then that..

As much work as it would be, definitely go with the expy, that looks sick. Would do it myself but ive never seen a Lifted F150 with expy clip that goes off roading so I just don't think it was meant to be.

i'm already leaning towards the lightning conversion solely for the fact that is probly 3 times cheaper and still achieves stunning results..

but before i make that choice i want to dig deeper into the expy conversion... i want to know what the costs would be to make it happen... every little bit and piece i need for it.. and the steps involved... so can anybody out help me out with this?? before i start buying lightning body parts...
