I did have duals out the side, but I body lifted it and it looked stupid with the pipes 3 inches lower than the body. I used the fact that it looked stupid as an excuse to get a new set-up .

I did not get coil spacers because my truck sits too level as-is. I am getting a 5/3 from doestch this week, but it has coils not spacers.

Looks Awesome! Was thinking about doing this when I do my lift. But now that I see yours I am definitely doing this! Maybe even sooner than later. Looks way better!

Oh thats cool, i thought you got the spacers. I just got 2.5" lift coils and 2" rear lift shakels. Should take my about an inch of rake away. I was thinking about a BL but im still unsure of I want to go that high. Today I parked next to a 4x4 on purpose to see if he is much higher and we were adactly the same high, no difference so 2.5/2 lift should be high enough for me.

I almost did get them.. 4x4's arent really that much taller. I would say if they leave the torsion bars alone that they are only about 1.5" taller in the front and maybe 2" in the back. My truck with the 3" body lift and 295's sit about as high as a 4x4 f350. I like it, but not high enough for me yet

I got a wire brush and a air compressor to blow it off after I was done going over the whole thing with the wire brush. The wire brush scuffed it up pretty good so I was not worried about the adhesion at all. Its worth it for sure in my opinion. Cleans up the underneath really well, and makes it look like you had someone do it professional. I did it a few days back but was just able to get it up tonight. Its holding up really well and its still really shiny. Hopefully its easy to keep clean because I have not tried it yet.

looks good brad. i may have to do this one when i use some rustoleum on the some other stuff. im gonna be doing some painting this week but not the time required for that.

blueoval man - did you get new UCA's for those 2.5" coils and what brand are the coils? i was talking to rcd about their 2" coils and they wont work with the v6 since its not heavy enough and give the front end too much camber and makes the truck not be able to be aligned. plus ive heard anything over 2" on our trucks in a coil or spacer will require new control arms.

not trying to thread jack brad

Thanks man. Took me about 3 hours or so, but I was not exactly working on it the whole time.

Its cool man. I dont mind at all. I just posted this up so other people would want to do it too, because I think it looks way better.
