whats the eta on some of these mods. sounds like a good plan.
Waiting on my buddy to let me know if he will be able to do the exhaust now, and hopeing to order the lights within a few weeks. The rest will come a few weeks at a time after that.
Okay....So I was on my way out to look for some lights for behind the grill. I have been having a rattle coming from the box/bed area of the truck for a while now. It seems to be getting worse. It sounds kinda like if you take a sheet of tin and flex it when you get that rumple noise. I read somewhere on here where someone had a similar problem and they said it was caused by the shims between the box and the frame. Crawled under the truck and saw what looks like a thin rubber mat that sets between the bed and the frame appears to have slipped loose. Could this be the shims, and my rattle problem?
Anybody have a good mounting bracket idea for the lights behind the grill? It's pretty tight back there. I have a set of six inch daylighters, all i see is thin fiberglass inside. Need to fabricate some sort of metal structure. Any suggestions?
