Opinions opinions please.

Okay guys, I have decided that I am getting a cowl induction hood. I am going to be getting the cobra type steel hood, but I cant decide how I should paint it.
I am getting this hood

For this truck

And I was wanting to paint it something like this. I half-attempted to give you guys a good idea, but I am not the greatest with photoshop

Do you guys think I should go through with this idea or what would you guys do? Paint it all PTM? If there were ever a time to do some kind of design or anything now would be the perfect time.

i think it would look better if you just ptm. i mean the hood already speaks for itself. Im not sure if that would go with lifted truck look. but thats just me.

Alright cool. Thats what I may do. I had considered the black because I saw the same thing (but reverse the colors) on a f350 and just thought that I had to have it. Thanks for the input guys!

The two-tone is a cool idea....for street trucks. Not sure you'd seee much of it on a lifted truck, but if you like it- go for it, its your truck, not ours.

Alright, well I am going to PTM. I was just wanting some ideas or opinions. I figured that now would be the best time to do something that if at all.

Me too man! Its going to be a pain prise-wise, but well worth it IMO. I am picking up the hood for $540, but I may be able to get it painted for free.

Isn't that the same hood that they put on the boss trucks

I would do the two tone cuz I'm partial to it. I love the way mine turned out! Someone with a lifted truck did do this. Built54 has a two tone and some other member with a lightning swap did it too.
