Haha ok muchh better...in retrospect i think i shouldve taped off the clear part on mine because now i cant see at all when backing up at night! Damn i have 20/20 hindsight!
Anyways i might sand that part down and clear it...not sure though

I'd vote for the first one out of what you have.

Although not to whore my truck or anything...
But I did something similar with my truck, except I used paint rather than Niteshades. I got the idea from somebody on here, so I have no problem with passing the idea on again.



It's just Krylon-Fusion paint.
I go through the steps on page 3 of my build up thread (in my sig).

Decent looking paint work, I think if you had used VHT it may have looked a little better.
