I been lurking on this thread. After seeing them installed I think I would rather paint mine. Its cheaper AND it is ALL over not just the front part that is seen.
I see those as maybe $80.00-$90.00 for 4 but NOT $200.00. Whatever the market will bear but not sure they will bear that for long. My $.02.
Thanks for posting the pics of our Caliper Covers on your truck. For those that

I've owned several cars and painted too many calipers and from personal experience I've never been painted with the results from painting my
calipers, they look great at first then after a few weeks the paint starts to chip and peel.
Our MGP Caliper Covers are a quick and easy way of dressing up your wheels
and they installation is very quick.

There are several members here who have successfully painted their calipers and they look great.
Regardless, those covers are worth no more than $100, tops. And only then if the MGP logo is removed!
I personally can't justify the cost. I think they look good but they make the rotor look small. At that point, I think I would rather upgrade to a larger braking system.

Anything and everything is only worth what one is willing to pay.
If that one is the only customer then you're right. You know of supply and demand right?
I've seen at least a dozen members who said "No way I'd spend $200, but I'd be in for $100", and so far I think you, maybe one other member have ponied up $200 to buy a set. At least you're the only ones to admit it!
So, 2 purchases at $200 for a grand total of $400
or 14 purchases at $100 for a grand total of $1,400.
There is absolutely no way you're going to convince me that there's more than $100 worth of material and labor going into making a set. So they'll be making a profit at $100 a set, just not as much as they want.
Even if it cost $75/set to make, they'd still make more money by selling them at $100 than at $200, at least around here.
Profit at $200/set = $125 x 2 sets = $250
Profit at $100/set = $25 x 14 sets = $350
There is absolutely no way you're going to convince me that there's even $75 worth of material and labor going into making a set for that matter.
