Regarding price....we are each independently owned and price fixing is somewhat illegal, but in general most of us are charging in the neighborhood of $340-375 for ur truck. As far as the tool box...definitely coat the bed before installing. The LINE~X thickness on the side wall of ur bed will be at or near an 1/8th", there should be plenty of room left for the box to slide in! After drilling the holes for the box, I would coat the OD of the holes with some type of paint to prevent rust! Good luck!
