114,000 miles. So far - new starter at 40k miles. New coil packs around 70k miles (with about 6k miles between them). New alternator around 70k miles. New battery at 75k miles. New plugs & wires @ 90k miles. New power drivers side power mirror @ 42k miles. Sqeaky ball joints at 40k miles....fixed with a needle adapter for my grease gun.
Overall I'd say I don't have too much to complain about other than the local Ford dealers suck when it comes to service & public relations.
I'm planning on taking this truck to at least 160,000 miles and hope that it'll last at least another 40k after that.
