ChooChoo is 100% correct. I am a Ford mechanic. O2 is a bi-product of the chemical reaction taking place in the catalytic converter. They put a weep hole usually in the rear of the muffler to help let any moisture drip out rather pool and cause the exhaust to rust out faster than they already do. There might also be one in the cat. The water is kinda letting you know all is well in combustion world.
