Well on Sunday I had written to a specific website regarding group buys not expecting to get any deals I got a call on monday.Scott who works for United Group called me and told me the deal that he works for sylvania directly and would be able to give me a discount on the kits. He was able to give me some terrific prices on the sylvania xenarc hid kit. He gave me prices for Both truck kits. So if a family member or a friend owns a chebby, tell them about it. They are for the X2010 Kit for 1997-02 ford f150/expedition and x1010 kit for 99 and newer chevy Silverado 1500, 2500, 3500, or model year 00' and newer Chevy Tahoe or Suburban.

10-15 kits $540
15+ kits $525
As of right now, I have exactly 7 people including me on the list. Payment of this kit is by way of visa or mastercard. Payment is made through united group. Im going to call scott on thursday to set up something where you don't give me any cc info. you would call him and give him the info.

Im setting the deadline for the xenarc group buy for October 18th, 2002. Thats 1 week from tomorrow(friday). Please jump on this. We only need 7 more to hit $525. If we don't hit that its only going to be $570. I would love to get alot more people on this.

Ok, i just got off the phone with scott from united group. I had asked him about returns and warranty info. and to tell him when the deadline comes to have all the buyers call him with payment and shipping info.

1. Returns are to be made to United Group only!! All returns for non-damaged products will be charged a restocking fee. This means anyone who bought the kits and just doesn't want them will be charged that fee.
2. Damaged products from shipping are fully insured through ups, and anything that is broken will be replaced at no charge. All products that are damaged must be returned to United Group. If something breaks after the install as long as it is covered under warranty, it will be replaced. example, burnt out bulbs, burnt wiring, cracked housing, etc.

Just thought i'de give some more info. New deadline is October 23, 2002. 1 week from this wednesday.

This is a great deal on these lights, great price, hard to pass this up. Im getting mine regardless of how many people are in. I hope we get more then what we have already, maybe, just maybe the price would go down even more if we got like 30 people. doubt it though. Only 1 person out of the all the people I emailed it is having problems getting the money. Its understandable. If you have any problems, just email me to let me know.

Why let the chevy guys in let them get there own deal going since all they want to do is bad mouth a FORD anyway.

 

I know that they bad mouth us all the time and are jeolous that are trucks are much more superior then theirs. but scott from united group was able to get the same price, and since i posted it on a suv site i said what the hell. It wouldn't have been fair on that site just ot have the expy owners. I have had 2 cheby owners show interest.

 

I called Scott this morning and gave my information. He said I was the 3rd one on the list.

No need to wait till the last minute to call.

Ayrton from ftw, just emailed me. He sold his old lights and is placing the order for the xenarcs today. Once his is placed it will bring the total upto 8 ordered.
There is less then 48 hours left, what happened to all the "im in". I know some couldn't do it cause of financial reasons, but there were 23 people on the list.
