Tanks
Set your trip meter, drive 200 miles, then fill it up and divide by the amount of gallons you out in it. Overflow the tank before and after, so you know that you have close to the same amount of gas in your truck.

I'm not a dumbass i know how to figure it. But theres something wrong, there no reason on this earth for it to be getting 10MPG, NONE, and i have been easy on it, doesn't matter if i'm on it or not, it gets that. When i had my oil leak, oil leaked all over the O2 sensor, so that could be the problem.
This is with 3.55 gears, Exhaust, and 31"tires.

When your speedo shows 60, you are actually going 66.3 (roughly). If you convert this 10.6% difference, that means you are getting about 222 miles on that 19 gallon tank. This is close to 12 mpg. The O2 could have been the prob. Good luck
When i had the sixer in mine I got 10-12 and never better than 13 down hill with a tail wind. (4.9 4x4 31's 3.55's) I never calculated the % speedo was off. I figured if it sucked that bad I might as well have a 351. Now I get 10-11 but I get there quicker

And trust me, i've been driving like a gma too!
