What is the 4.2L manual trans (model style)? Who is manufactured by (Borg Warner/ Tremec, Mazda)? And does it have a hydraulic clutch?

It's a Mazda M5OD. It does use a hydraulic clutch.

Negative. It's the MAZDA R2 manufactured right here in the U.S. Ford labels it as the M5OD. Get it? MAZDA R2=FORD M5OD.
