Changing fluids

I am going to change the Transfer case, front and rear differental fuilds. I tried doing a search on the board to see what is rec. using but no such luck. Can someone tell what is best to use and what weight? Or maybe have a link for it.

Also, it is a 98 f150 with 5.4 orp.

Capacity:
2001-97 Warner 4406 = 4 pts
1998--92 Warner 1345 = 6.5 pts
Warner 1356 = 4.0 pts
w/ PTO = 12.2 pts

Differential
Front: 75W-90 GL-5
Capcity:
8.8" = 3.5 pts
Dana 44 = 3.6 pts
Dana 50 = 3.8 pts
Dana 60 = 5.8 pts

Rear std or LS: 75W-140 GL-5
LS additive pn: F1TZ-19580-B
Capacity:
8.8" and 9 3/4" = 5.5 pts
9.0" = 6.5 pts
10 1/4" = 7.5 pts
10.5" = 6.9 pts
Dana 60 and 61 = 6.3 pts
Dana 60IU = 6.3 pts
Dana 70 = 6.5 pts
Dana 70 HD = 7.4 pts
