Fuel filter
Change it. It's way over due. Stumbling, rough idle, minor surging, lean condition or detonation when running hard, racing or WOT. I wouldn't go more than 6-10K. Especially if there are performance mods. on.

Deja vu!
While living in Key West, my new 1964 Corvair Spyder(factory turbocharged
) just shut down. I don't remember the mileage on it at the time but the filter was the culprit. Upon inspection, it was stuffed with among other 'gook', some small Florida crawfish(they are not lobsters, btw.), shrimp, and Key deer scat
