Question cold air intake

I'm wondering, because i don't know' about cold air intake, what kind of increase in fuel millage. I know it increases HP, but what kind of increase in fuel millage that i hear about. I have a '99 F-150 4.6 4x4 - ext cab, XLT. I'm going to be pulling a 28' trailor this summer for camping and wondering if it would make enough differance to consider the cold air intake.

I don't think it would be that much but every little bit does help.
