33x12.50 max with 4.5" backspacing and possible minor trimming of the valence.

So I am pretty much at my max then. Im running the lift but with a level up front also. Does that make any difference as to what tires I can run or am I SOL since theres only 3 in the rear? Already had to trim valence

To clear 35's you would need to be at 6" minimum in the front.

What he said^. And that's bare minimum. I had to do some minor trimming with 6.5" to clear 35's and they still have some minor rubbing at full lock in reverse.

They both make good shocks but the ones the come with the kit probably aren't that good. And considering you don't need an alignment cam kit or shocks if your deciding between those two I'd go rcx. The stock length shocks will work with spindles.

I agree. Also, I'm not sure, but I seem to remember that the Fabtech spindles increase the front track width more than other lift spindles.

I know fabtech, spring tech, doestch, and Canuck are all 1.5" wider per side but I'm not sure about rcx. But I know all the others are 3.5" of lift and I think rcx is the only one that makes a 3" lift spindle.

Wandell, I have been on this forum no stop and noticed that you have helped MXR181. He has a 2002 silvercab silver 2WD just like mine. He did exactly what I want to do. He put a 3.5" spindle lift on with the FX4 stock 17" wheels. Heres my problem. I want to put Fabtech's 3.5 spindle lift and block kit on, They say not to use a wheel with backspacing no more than 4 5/8. Heres what I want to know. Do you know if MXR181 went with the fabtech lift because i can tell looking at his pics that he is using the fx4 tires. and if he did, did he have to use a wheel spacer or did everything go ok. If you can contact him outside of this thread and ask i would greatly appreciate it or if you can answer it that would be helpful too.
