adding Aux port

I have an 06 F150 Lariat with 6-disc, sat radio. I want to add the aux port in the dash for an IPOD. Has anyone added it? Would like it to be factory. I know I've seen them. Also wandering why mine doesnt have it already.

This is a good place to start for interface or adding a 3.5 mm to factory. As far as OP's ? If you dont use your staellite you'll be good with PIE, the PIE will work but you won't have satellite.
I don't know what else is out there for you.

I'm interested in this as well, would also like to put an aux port next to the cigarette lighter. My '07 had this but my current '06 does not, it might have been standard in '07

Try finding a wrecked truck with the AUX port intact. Study Ford Parts Online
to learn all the hardware necessary to make it operational, and talk to your local dealer (or maybe someone on here knows) as to whether any additional actions should be taken by your dealer (reflashing computer/etc.) to get things going. Most people on here end up going aftermarket (PIE kit or something similar) as it is cheaper. But I'm like you--if I've got the money, I want a stock set-up. Stock just looks better, in my opinion.
