I know for a fact that if you press, you will get it. I have a friend who got one from ford, another who got one from chrysler, and I myself got one out of Acura. I had to get the Acura dealer to confirm the belt failed, and Acura sent them the belt, where I had to pay them an hour labour to install it. That said, $120 for labor beat paying $430 for the belt.
