I have done the spark plugs, boots, air filter, and oil change first before anything. I bought a cam sensor, didnt change. Used meter and both are working fine. I swapped the vct solenoids to see if it would change sides. Nope!
Did the recall on the vacuum line on the back of the intake.
Scanned and sent in my freeze frame data from above. They said
it was the vct solenoid. So I bought both and changed them out. Ive listened to the fuel injectors and Phazers seem to be working fine.
The miss is noticed also at about 80 kms on the highway. You can get on the gas peddle and it has that little bit of a pause, but then takes right off...no lack of power. Im stumped, and to the point of taking it apart witch i was tryin to avoid. Any feed back would be nice. That is the only code it is throwing now....

Update:1
Pulling apart motor, drivers side cam phaser has not jumped a tooth. Now in the process of pulling passenger side apart and timing cover. The truck did run low on oil till the cam phaser's made noise. Oil filter was faulty and leaking. Heres a pic of the driver side phaser.
