Hi &welcome.

If it's not a simple air/vacuum leak it may be ETC - tune related.

Contact Edge & log a trouble ticket ASAP if the latter.

Also be aware that EDGE does NOT support their devices' tuning with an aftermarket WAI/Washoobi installed, on slot-style MAFs like yours. They state this clearly. As such, you may be denied support.

Reinstall the stock intake and see if the problem returns.

That's just it - you can't. Aftermarket intakes are simply not supported, as per Edge.

You would need PHP to convert & supply yer programmer with custom tuning ( always a good move). www.gopowerhungry.com.

When you log that ticket, ask them about this .

Good luck.

To the OP.....

Yer truck may also be lacking some routine maintenance.......

Like.....
Cleaning yer TB.
Cleaning yer MAF.
Changing yer trucks fuel filter.

Before you go about doing those items set yer truck back to stock then disconnect the battery......

Perform those three items and then reconnected the battery when done.....

Run her around town fer alittle bit then load a tune and if the code happens again Alls not lost you've just proven that the CAI is the culprit and not playing with the edge tunes nicely.......

Get rid of the K&N - do a Gotts/DWV mod to the stock intake and put it back on. All a K&N does for you is look cool, make noise, and foul the MAF with filter oil - and it will cause you to run too lean without custom tunes unless you put the stock tune back in. It does not improve performance or fuel economy.

Do the mod to the stock airbox and put a paper filter in it.

Good work, Chris! As I told you in your other thread (if you oil the filter properly), you'll probably have no further problems.

You'll probably need to clean your MAF and TB every 15k....you've probably been lucky so far....
