lower a-arm question?

I've recently got a 2010 f-150 4x4 xtr. I've purchased a lift that will be arriving shortly. It is a Total Chaos Uniball upper A arm with Icon coilovers in the front. So my question is can I put on a pair of pre 09 aluminum lower a-arms on my 2010? i think the aluminum ones are better than stamped steel. opinions? I know that the coilovers are 2009, 2010 specific so maybe this is already an afterthought. If this question is already answered on another thread, i can't find it.

Thats tough to answer man. Just call your local ford and ask if the 04-08's use the same LCA as the 09-10

I don't think 04-08 suspension is compatible with 09-present F-150's at all....

why switch? they switched to the stamped steel arms because they're stronger than the aluminum
