Hex Head rounded on #4 Spark plug

That is sheer incompetence on the dealer's part.
I'd hold them to account on this - a properly fitted hex socket will not round off the plug - regardless of how tight it may be. The plug would separate first.
I dunno - BF Easy-out? But, chit will fall into the well in any case, so head removal is probably unavoidable. On their dime ... this is not part&parcel of the normal risks involved in 3V spark plug extraction.
Callin' 'Brew ...
Good luck.

Get a cheap 6 point socket and make sure it's on the plug good, if you have to pad the bottom of the plug well with a paper shop towel. Mix up some epoxy or jb weld and fill the socket through the hole where the ratchet/extension goes, don't get any outside the socket. Let it cure then put the ratchet to it-can't be out anything except the socket and a little time.
Just something I just thought up.
Good luck

Don't ya just love it? The price of incompetence : $1100. Just about like doctors, you pay me whether I do it right or screw up, matter of fact I make more if I screw up!

Update
They got it out! They had the Master Mechanic work with it and he took a cheap socket that was too tight and slowly ground out the id until it fit. The plug then came out. Truck runs good now and Southern Ford in Houston is my hero. And no I didn't tell them I tried first. I was most of the problem.
thanks everyone.

#4 was a bitch to get out when I went at it with my truck this past weekend. Took a lot more strength than should be required to get that thing loosened. #3, #4 and #8 broke on my truck.
