Adjust / Aim headlights

Adjust / Aim headlights
So I just recently installed Lightning headlights on my 2000 F150 and they seem to be aimed a little low. I've searched for ways to adjust these without taking them back out but haven't found any answers that clearly point out how to do it. Anybody have tips or pics of what the adjustment screw is? I've read it takes a 4mm wrench or a special tool from Ford?
Here's what I've found

I'd imagine the Lightning headlights are set up the same way as the factory ones. On the back of the headlight you should see 3 (spiral) rods coming out of the headlight - the same rods you feed through the frame of the truk. On each rod is a black plastic stopper - you turn it counter or clockwise depending on which way you want to aim the light. The rod near the fender turns the light inward/outward. The top rod turns the light vertically as it makes the light either lean backward/forward. Then there is a bottom rod on the left side of the headlight - another adjustment. You just have to play with all three of them until you get the light positioned the way you want. It is best to do it against a flat wall/garage door and at night. If you need to know the proper way to align headlights, search youtube - there are many videos showing you how to tape in the dead center of your beam as you are 6" away from the wall, and then 25ft away from the wall. Hope this helps!

I also had this problem. It takes a 4mm to turn them. Here is the real tool that you need.

I'm sure there is a way around this tool but i couldn't figure one out so after a few weeks of trying I just broke down and bought it.
