Ok, are you sure yours is an XLT, because that looks like a lariat cluster. Did you buy it new or used? If its used then: If it is a lariat cluster, then there should be 3 buttons under the cluster on the right hand side, beside the steering column. If you have an XLT, looks like someone swapped a lariat cluster in there and didn't finish the job by added the required buttons. If this is the case, I'd get the dealer to pull the mileage from the PCM and make sure they match up. Just my opinion.

Yea that is a Lariat cluster.
If you bought that truck new you got issues. But if its used seems like someone swapped in a Lariat cluster.
I would also do what Btownford said and get the dealer to run a scan on it to pick up how many miles are actually on the truck what the PCM reads to see if they even changed the miles on the cluster when they put it in.
