94 F150 5.0 vs Mustang 5.0??

I just bought a 94 F150 Xl with the 5.0 It has 37 inch tires... so i would like to get a little more pep in her step. I would like to build up the motor, but its slim pickins with parts for a 94 F150 5.0 So I would lilke to know what are the differences between the truck and the mustang version and if any parts are compatable with both.

Gotta have pics!

why don't you grab a 351 W from a wrecking yard and build that then perform a motor swap...

Completely agree with you tarajerame. Had an 86 F250 with 351W, added an Edelbrock Performer RPM 800 carb and intake manifold topped with Pro Flo air cleaner and right away felt the increase in response and hp. Those motors are solid.
