Remove headrests?

How do I remove the front headrests on my truck? I tried pushing the little button used to adjust the height of the headrest and I pushed hard on the headrest but it would not separate from the seat.

Owner's manual, page 158:

To remove the adjustable head restraint, do the following:

1. Pull up the head restraint until it reaches the highest adjustment position.

2. Simultaneously press and hold both the adjust/release button and the unlock/remove button, then pull up on the head restraint.

Thanks guys! I did not notice that there was a second button because it was dark out when I tried to remove the headrest. I did not come across instructions in the owners manual so I figured I would ask to see if anyone had the same issue. I will try it in the morning. =)

Assuming you use your third hand for that part?

Thanks, just found this link through Google, going out to try it out on my truck now! Now, where did I put my third had to lift the head rest while I push the two buttons in simultaneously!

Well on my 2011 Screw there was one button on the outside of the right post and one button on the inside of the left post LOL! That makes securing my child seat just a little bit easier!
