Yes, 3/8" I.D. hose. Get a couple feet so you have plenty to work with. In the pic above you can see which port i ran it to. That port had a vacuum cap on it already so i simply used that cap to plug the port in the back.

That's the one, it's
EV140. It makes it easier because the new hose you'll be using is much, much more flexible. So when you change the pcv valve you can simply pull it out of the valve cover without even having to disconnect the hose first.

Not exactly sure what you're talking about.
Only thing i had to plug was the port in the back of the intake plenum.
