What else should I get to help with this install? Ive heard of upgrading injectors....I will post pics as we go along. and I will be getting a SCT xcal 3.

You will need 42lb injectors and 90mm MAF Try http://www.buyfordracing.com/ Also, 255lph fuel pump. Then you didn't mention IC Heat Exchanger, brackets, pump and hoses. You can get alternator anywhere, bracket is FORD. Try used or MAD or FORD!

Correct web site was is very limited but cheap for those things they offer. You can't beat them on that injector / MAF package. A caution on the MAF's as boost goes up and outside temperatures go down, most tuners would recommend a change to the MAF electronics to prevent saturation. Example and SCT2400 instead. For lower pulleys you can go on NLOC or NTHOC or Lightningrodder forums. For brackets, you obviously can go new with FORD, or you can find in salvage yards that might have an L or 2002/2003 HD. Believe it or not some of these vehicles have made it to the slavage yards. Surf the web for parts locators. I personnally got a rear end, heat excahnger brackets and the staggard shock bracket that way. If your talking about the idler arm, again salvage, MAD, forums. I bought my first alternator from MAD, but it stopped working so I went to my local Autozone and got a good deal.

Ive got the MAF, injectors, 255Lph fuel pump. like I said, I have the entire kit except alt. bracket and tensioner pulley. I just need to find where a good place would be to get them. I tried all the junk yards for and L's and they said no.

OK. For the alternator bracket, try MAD first then FORD. For the tensioner, I'm not sure what you are referring to. See pic. There is an idler braket that goes acroos the fron to front of the engine that controls the blower belt. It has 2 pulleys and 1 tensioer with pulley. MAD has theses or FORD. You don't see these much on the NLOC/NTHOC or Lighntingrodder Forums. You can surf the web for discount FORD dealers. The pulleys and tensioer might be bought form autoparts stores, but not the bracket. I can not find the part numbers. Hope this helps. If I missed the part, then let me know specifically what you need. MAD may be the easiest/cheapest bet. FORD can do, but indivuals tend to have a hard time getting discounts. Also, for that tensioer there is a spacer that needs to go on the front cover under the drivers side top stud, MAD has this or you could make your own. This aligns the mounting points for the idler bracket to mount to.

The MAD links didnt work. and Ill keep an eye out. I dont think spacers would cost too much.

Try http://www.madenterprise.com/catalog/F150.asp

Only need spacer on one of the attachments, there are 4 bolts that hold it on, actullay 3 studs and one bolt. Studs are already there, bolt is not.

If I remeber correctly (not near truck), in the picture above, the top right has the spacer under the stud, stud is already there from factory. The bolt goes on the left side and it might be the lower one which can not be seen. There is nothing there from the factory (if I remember correctly). I've had the blower on for 55,000 miles now and I getting old.

I think the tranny gets a bad rep. I have a daily driver so all I did was install a shift kit. It did 2 things, increased overall clutch pressure and increased shift firmness which was selectable by changing/removing accumulator springs. Can't rememebr name but might have been Transco. J mod is an old term used for Ford Crown Vics and basically removed accumulator springs for crisper shifts.
