torsion bars cranked after lift?

torsion bars cranked after lift?
can you still do that once you get a lift kit?
one of my friends told me i couldnt but i thought he didnt know what he was talking about.

also where are the torsion bars on the truck?

Yes, you can still crank them after the lift. They are the long bar running from the lower control arms back underneath your cab.
