Can you say what brand that stuff is? If I remember correctly they sell Plasti-Kote which is a water base product with crumb rubber and in that case I would use it on a Tonka truck or my kids little red waggon

I'm not fond of the can stuff but the brand of can liner does make a difference some of it is thin and flakes off others are a little thicker but they are softer and rubbery. I have a line-x liner and its great, you get a lifetime warranty and you can cover holes and small dents and have it looking new. Line-x also comes in custom colors to match the paint on your truck or there is a gloss black version as well. hope this helps I worked in the spray in bed liner industry so I'm kind of partial
