sorry, I wasn't very clear

I meant the GT500 6 speed, then use the SRT-10 shifter as a template to try and make it a "short throw".

otherwise you end up with huge gaps in the shift pattern like my old 94 F-150 with 5 speed.


there is just something satisfying about shifting gears with high HP applications...even if it may be slower ultimately.
that, and the whole tuning issue could have been cut in 1/2, if not completely resolved by the use of a GT500 ECU. the F-150 and the 05+ Stang are surprisingly close electronically
